Practicing high notes and upper head voice can help increase climactic ability in the subtle body.

Practicing endurance can increase acoustics in the lower body by slowing and maintaining  a larger field of vibration on a physical level.

I’m accessing more breath in higher notes, something I can usually only do without “observation” because I still tense up pretty bad in front of the camera. But I’m also increasing and working on volume variance. You can hear the scratchiness in my voice from opening more. I probably need a few days of silence, increasing vibration can be like laser surgery at times, you need recuperation and restoration.
